As from the screens (Bugzilla bug tracking tool), at SALVO Mobile R&D/IT Department we manage the following sub-projects as complementary parts of the SALVO Personal Mobile Security platform development & delivery project:

* BackOffice (Back-Office and Customer Care suite);
* Business LOGIC (Business Logic implementation on Software level for Alarm Activation/ Management, software update etc);
* Company Infrastructure (SALVO Network/ Telco/ HW);
* IP Communication Center (Asterisk based integrated IP Communication Center);
* Mobile Terminal software (Mobile Terminal for Symbian, Windows, BlackBerry (and iPhone));
* Platform Architecture: Logic, Database, Web Services (Architecture & Integration: DB, Logic, Web Service);
* Rating, Billing, Payments (SALVO Rating, Billing & Payments. Accounting- Integration with CRM);
* Self-Care portal (Self-care portal for SALVO Clients);
* Service Centre Supervisor (Service Centre Supervisor application);
* Service Centre Workbench (Service Centre Application for Operators- Alarm Management);
* Web Sales support (Sales support Web Application);
