after a "recognition- based" (as it was stated by the American Biographical Institute in their first letter I've got few months ago) first Award from ABI (see this article-http://tinyurl.com/5rhlnl), now they send me a "commercial offer"?
- pay us 250$ and we'll "assign" you also the Outstanding Professional Award (or any other award by my choice?).
